If you’re reading this page, I don’t need to convince you that you need to make more time for yourself.
And I can wholeheartedly relate.
I spent the first half of my life feeling lost and insecure, and the second half reading self-help books, trying to “fix” my life… and while I was getting some of the results I wanted, I often found myself paralyzed by fear and doubt in the same cycles over and over again.
After years reading, research, doing the emotional work, attending workshops, reading more books, followed by yoga, meditation, and self-compassion… something finally clicked.
All the work I was doing and all the time I was spending on myself was never going get me anywhere until I realized that…
your brain doesn’t want you to change.
Understanding that one sentence will truly change everything for you.
Read it again… your brain doesn’t want you to change.
If you’re doubting me right now, that’s OK, but do yourself a favor and look at your life right now. No really, do it - you owe it to yourself.
How many times have you said you were going to change and you haven’t?
How many of your New Year resolutions have you actually completed?
How many times have you said one day I’ll do that, and it’s never been that one damn day… has it?
Growing into who you want to be ain’t easy, is it my friend?
What if I told you it’s not a challenge because you’re lazy or weak or a mess, it’s actually because of that one fact - your mind is working against you.
Your mind has a default system that tries to keep you small.
It’s afraid of change (not you).
It has irrational fears (not you).
It had an operating system that resists the unknown (not you).
It will fight you to stay the same…And it’s been winning, hasn’t it?
Are you pissed? You should be.
I know I was when I found out.
And then I thought..well if my mind is going to trick me, I can certainly trick it right back… and guess what? I figured out a way to do just that.
Was it easy?
But did I do it?
And can I show you how to do it too?
But it comes with work. And I need to know that you’re ready to take the leap…
Before we start, there are a few rules that I give all my clients, that I need you to understand…
I don’t work with losers. Or complainers. Or excuse makers. Or people who want quick fixes. Or people who don’t want to do the work. I work with fighters, hard workers, and people who know that good things can take time.
You have to be hungry. Do you want to change? Do you want it? And I mean really want it? You can have it, but I can’t do this for you. I can’t make you want this, you have to do it for you.
Introspection and self-reflection are mandatory. That means going in the dark crevasses of your mind. It means finding buried treasure and maybe a landmine or two. It means searching and finding things that you like and things that you don’t like and understanding this is the process.
You have to make the time. You know who doesn’t make time for themselves? Losers, complainers, and excuse makers (See Rule 1 if this describes you.). This is an investment. Do you want to invest in yourself? This program only works, if you do. I’m offering you freedom, happiness, and a tried and tested way to get what you want out of life… is that worth it to make the time? Are you worth it?
I don’t fix people. Believe it or not, you aren’t broken and I’m going to show you why. Think of me as a tool in your toolbox. I give resources. I share knowledge. I educate. I empower. I’m going to show you the way, but don’t you dare confuse my teachings for YOUR power.
Those are the rules…what do you think?
If you find them a little intimidating….GOOD. I want you to take this seriously - Tricking your mind is no easy task, babe…
It takes will.
